Jade Nails

I went in for a full set and I like my nails long and stiletto. When she was shaping them I noticed my ring finger and pinky were pointing upwards and it literally looked like a ski slope and all the nails were different lengths . It was so obvious that I asked her to fix it and she tried to say it was my natural nail… I’ve been getting acrylics for 10 years and not once has my nails looked like that. She then got rude to me and was like “fine I’ll cut them off” and redid them and was just being moody the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there anymore so once she finish the acrylic I said I won’t have colour and I’ll just pay for this. They then tried to charge me £38 when I didn’t get any colour. I said I wasn’t going to pay this money for a service that was done Badley. I we settled on £30 but I still think they were not worth that. I left upset and disappointed as these were for my birthday- not comming back

My all time favourite place to get my nails done. Attention to detail is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend jade's nails

‼️ Never coming back ‼️ absolutely humiliating service.The staff members have no customer service skills.The staff who was serving me threw a tantrum after I asked if I could choose a different colour. She was pressuring me to go with the first colour I looked at. She then proceeded with throwing her chair back and started talking really loudly in her language to colleagues. Another colleague told me to choose a different colour as they carried on gossiping. The staff then left to go home midway. The whole experience was very strange and extremely uncomfortable. I left the salon with poorly painted nails. Do not come here. Avoid at all cost

Very pleased with the nails however we had to wait a long time even though we had booked. It was also very hot in there that day. Some customers were offered water but we weren’t.

My go to Nail salon in Epsom! Always happy with my nails - they spend a lot of time shaping and preparing my nails before painting, and I never feel like they’ve rushed it.

AVOID!!! RUDE STAFF!!!Shockingly rude customer service.. been coming here for a while now but sadly have to call it quits after feeling extremely humiliated, left the shop feeling upset and deflated after a long stressful day when all I wanted was to get my nails done to make myself feel better. I almost got up and walked out but thought I’d be the bigger person.Whilst the rude woman carrying out the manicure was removing the old nail polish, she placed my hands into hot scolding water which felt like it was fresh out of a kettle, I told her how hot the water was and how it was burning my hands and she did no more than roll her eyes at me, flew back in her chair and topped the water up only slightly but sadly it was still boiling hot.When the rude woman asked what shape I wanted, I asked for rounded and also to be cut back as three of my nails had snapped (conveniently aftergetting my nails done there only 2 weeks ago!) and subsequently were all different lengths. She shouted at me, shaking her head and in a very aggressive manner said she had already asked me if I wanted my nails cut which she definitely hadn’t done! It also concerns me that she would have assumed I would want my nails all different lengths ranging from long to short! After this she started shouting in her own language at the other staff members who started looking at me so was apparent she was talking badly about me.I will never return to this nail bar and suggest you do the same! I will be telling my friends and family about this to also avoid the nail bar at all costs.Don’t waste your time and give yourself the disappointment to walk out feeling upset and miserable when getting your nails done should be a nice uplifting experience!For context for the owner who I hope will take this feedback on board, the description of the extremely unpleasant member of staff is of short build, dark hair which was tied back and rides a white electric bike.Annoyingly they also conveniently have a card machine but demand you pay in cash….Also, couldn’t hear myself think after the staff who were shouting in their own language most likely about me! Extremely toxic nail bar with toxic rude staff!

Just went in to ask for a manicure and the technician was so rude, had a really bad attitude and when I was unsure of which colour to pick, she began talking about me in her language. I asked if she could help me with picking a natural colour and she snubbed me, saying no, she doesn't have to help me and was shockingly rude! I got up and left the shop after a humiliating experience. Go somewhere where they actually appreciate your custom, don't bother with this place, terrible customer service skills. The shop is tacky anyhow.Update: I had to get my nails removed & it was pouring with rain. This shop is closest to where I was parked so I went in. I got my nails removed. They spoke to me minimally, pointing instead of talking at my hands. They were polite but you could tell they remembered me from last time. The owner took my payment as the lady who finished my hands flung them away and went and helped someone else. She politely said thank you with no eye contact lol. Awkward.Anyway I like to be fair in my reviews & if I had felt the service had improved I would’ve upped my review rating. I will add a picture of how my hands looked when I left and let you be the judge…

The nails are okay but not the best in the area. The low score is because the owner - Jade is SO RUDE! She is the reason I wouldn't return. She has a demeanor like she's doing you a favor and that your presence is an inconvenience to her. She really lets the place down. It's a shame because her staff are sweet. There's a lot to be said for customer service and she has none!

i have enjoyed pedicures around the world. This was undoubtedly the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. The therapist was arrogant and rude. I wanted the same colour I had chosen the previous occasion but as I had trainers on she said she could not see my nails and when i removed shoes she said it was a waste of her time to match the colour. She went through the motions of a pedicure perfunctorily. I cant complain about the foot massage as there wasn't one. What happened to the massage chair? I will iNEVER go back. Fortunately I found 2 Nail bars on the High St closer to Ashley Centre. So sad as the first time I went to Jade Nails the therapist, Lin, was charming and solicitous and I left walking on air. What a difference today!

I have been going to Jade for 5 years plus and never disappoints!
