Great little shop, set up for selling coffee in bags to use at home. I'm sure there is some nice coffee, but it wasn't set up for brewing coffee. It was quite a weak brew, however, as I said you are not going here for a cafe, you are going to get some coffee to brew at home.Very friendly staff and welcoming. They also allow you to try the coffee... Not sure if anywhere else that does that.

Excellent coffee and service. I can distinctly taste the difference between Chapel Street Coffee and standard supermarket ground/bean coffee (particularly since I stopped taking sugar). They dealt with my personalised request efficiently and in a helpful manner.Drinking a premium-grade coffee like this throughout the day whilst working is a tangible improvement to my productivity and daily routine (particularly first thing in the morning!). Therefore, as I can’t get these very specific flavours anywhere else, it is no small thing for someone like me whose work and coffee drinking intertwine as much as mine.

Came across this place while on a day out. Superb, we even had a tasting session so we could check the different coffees and strengths. Coffees tasted great and reasonably priced.

Amazing service, not only this though, the fact they roast the beans in house and everything is done with passion and individuality, which the knowledge and expertise on what works, wether you want full bean or ground, strong, smooth or creamy, this is the place for coffee lovers.

I sampled the Dragon Squared at a friend's house and loved the flavours, I was then lucky enough to have a home roasted on the same day ground packet of D2 which I've been enjoying ever since! Before sampling Chapel Street Coffee, I would be boiling a kettle and pouring it over a jar of supermarket coffee, I will not be going back to anything other than fresh coffee from here! Thank you Al & Mike for sorting me out a packet and I'll look forward to seeing you in the shop soon! - Dave.

Had a very interesting visit and got to try a couple of samples before making a purchase.Very helpful and friendly staff who are willing to discuss the best option for your preferred coffee brewing method be it espresso or filter , well worth a visit

Never drank Coffee before being introduced to Chapel Street by Alex, I am now having one every day. Winter Blend in particular is my favourite but you can taste the quality in every single cup of coffee. I have now ordered a coffee machine to use at home so I can have great quality coffee every day.Would 100% recommend to all.
