I can not recommend Derek highly enough, he came at short notice and was polite, courteous and tidy. He went above and beyond even speaking to my home Insurers and the water company on my behalf. Thank you so much Derek.

We needed a new boiler and found D.West & Sons on checkatrade. Derek came out to give us a quote. He gave us different options and different boilers.We opted for an Ideal condenser boiler.We had to wait a couple of weeks because of appalling weather and it was unsafe to go on the roof.Derek was polite and courteous and we had the boiler fitted yesterday 24/2/2022. Derek was back today to fit the pump.Cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent service.
