DRS Bouncy Castle - (Birmingham / Sandwell hire)

As a mother of 4 children I have a lot of birthday parties, so having a company that provides a reasonably good value for your money is really ideal. Also i have uesd this company for over 10 years and I can see that that they have upgraded the bouncy castle to brand new ones and in this time of covid they ensure to clean the bouncy castle down and they also sprayed it with dettol spray after installing it. They were very professional with good manners and great customer service skills. He respond to me very quickly and let me know of the availability and sizes that they have.

Absolutely fabulous bouncy castle hire. Bought the castle bang on time and set up was quick and fuss free. Prices are just unbeatable and so good for the size of castle and , amount of time you get. Cannot recommend enough! Collection was also prompt and quick. Lovely couple too, was a pleasure to meet them. Will definitely recommend to everyone and would absolutely use again in the future.

Enquired about hiring a bouncy castle at quite short notice, the company was extremely helpful with how much garden space is needed for each castle, and their availability. Provided photos, prices and dimensions. Was very polite and professional with the booking, which made everything easy and simple. Kept me updated with arrival. Arrived in plenty of time for setup and start time, was very efficient. Hired for the whole day, my children were very pleased with the frozen castle. Again kept in touch with me for collection, which was a great help so I could make sure it was ready for the collection. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you.

Called DRS bouncy castle as i was let down from another company. Spoke to Dre who was very profession, friendly and helpful. Bouncing castle arrive within the time he said it was. Very clean no rips or tears. Defo will use again.. thank you dre and your team! The kids enjoyed themselves.

We booked for my sons 6th birthday. Communication was brilliant, castle was delivered in plenty of time for the party and the staff were pleasant and professional. When putting up and taking down the castle staff were respectful to our garden. Will definitely book again and recommend to friends.
