I would never order from this company again - very disappointing. I ordered a rose saddle pad to receive a navy one - I understand mistakes happen. After emailing to advise of the mistake, it took almost 2 weeks to receive a reply. I was assured that the correct pad was put aside to send once I returned the parcel. Due to work commitments, I could not send that week. However, once the parcel was returned, I was advised the pad had now been sold (after being assured it was put aside to fulfil my order). Very disappointing service.

Have just had to request cancellation of two orders as they are simply unable to fulfil them, don't respond to emails, don't answer their phones and if they do what they tell you never happens. Items that were in stock when I placed my order are suddenly out of stock, items that were arriving in a day or two are still MIA over a week later. Out if the 8 items I ordered they have not delivered one of them, and trying to deal with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Being a busy time of year is no excuse for ignoring and misleading customers. Wish I'd have read the reviews before placing my orders.

Old mill saddlery fast became my go too place to order (indulge) in purchases for my horses. I’ve recently needed help with my head collar name plates and the customer service was amazing.I’ve never had any issues or complaints and they’re my most trusted places to order from. Everything has always arrived before or on due day with no issues or hiccups. They’re a pleasure to be a customer of.

I just don’t know how this place gets any 5 * reviews ….Shop with caution. Most of your order will likely be out of stock due to their sub par inventory systems and you won’t be correctly refunded or substituted … you’ll just be ripped off.My best advice to review readers is shop elsewhere, wish I had read the reviews before placing orders the whole experience has been dreadful. Real shame with great pricing and great range unfortunately the service is just not there.
