WORST nail shop EVER!!! Don’t even waste your time coming here. The staff are extremely rude, if I could leave 0 stars I would!

As I walked in I asked about nails and extending them, I asked for what type of extensions they did - I don’t get an answer or an explanation of different techniques they used. That was a red flag I chose to ignore.Stayed and I got terrible fat uneaven extensions! (Will figure out how to add images) Very poor quality and I wouldn’t recommend this place, not even to my enemy!

Yeahhh this shop aren’t good asked for French nails but with brown tip and the lady said she couldn’t even do them after the told me they could and I already paid 35 quid to do that… waste of money and the end product is ugly as well, also eyebrow lady felt comfortable telling me I stunk and was being dramatic saying she was “suffocating”, mind you it wasn’t even me at all… and I checked; like customer service is horrible.

To avoid Terrible!I went there for eyebrows waxing many times and it was Ok. Today, I went back for eyebrow waxing as usual and there was a new lady who literally made a hole in my eyebrow and she did not even Apologized. The other lady that was working there just told me that there is nothing that they can do about it as the hair is already off; they did not try offer any compensation or apologies. They have a terrible customer’s service as it seems that they do not care about their customers. I am horrified of this place and I would not go back again.

Went in to get my acrylic nails removed. I had been growing out my natural nails for 2 months with infills. Despite me saying they were natural the girl just chopped them straight off. I had to get them allCut off and made short. A complete waste considering I was growing them out to do a really nice set for Christmas. Won’t be going there for nails again.The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because of my brows. Always go there to get my brows done and the lady does such a fantastic job. she just enhances and cleans up their natural shape. A shame I can’t write a separate review for the brows as I would give them 5*.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!! I wouldn't waste your time or money here. The woman messed up my nails TWICE and expected me to trust her to try and correct it for the 3rd?! Not impressed. Not only that she poorly painted it too. And asking for a refund is out of the question. Apparently THEY don't know where the manager is.

I went yesterday. Took forever and several of my nails are lumpy. Wrong shape, one has popped off already. And several employees just sat over me and stared during my treatment and made me feel uncomfortable. Given the amount of filing they did of my nails they should not be lumpy.

Nail technicians are usually quite polite when they take the time to acknowledge customers . Think they'd interact more but level of English really poor .I have been using this salon since it opened and I have seen various customers complaining handled very poorly by the beauty staff . In particular , there is one beauty technician who is beyond RUDE ......speaks to customers as though they owe her the world .I have observed her behaviour over a period of time and quite frankly her attitude is beyond comprehension. Imagine customers speaking and all she does is speak over them with negative gestures and a face like she just hates her job .The owner of the three salons in woolwich including the 2 x New Look salons doesn't really say much but seems like a fair and pleasant lady . The salons always have a different feel when she is around .My advice is avoid unless you want to pay for BAD SERVICE !!! After all , if you work hard for your money don't waste it on business that don't appreciate your business .

This is the worst place for nails in the whole of Greenwich borough! The service is very poor. They can’t apply gel powder, file or paint nails. As soon as I got home I took them off. There English is very bad they couldn’t understand what I was saying as I complained and kept pushing my hand back under the dryer. I couldn’t even be bothered to demand a refund I just ran out of there. Anywhere that request for payment first is a BIG no no in Woolwich. I wish I could share photos on here!

I only use this shop when I am desperate.The shop owner is so rude with her employees. She talks to them as if they are her slaves. It makes you feel so uncomfortable.The place is also dirty. I came first thing in the morning and there was nails and nail dust everywhere. The guy who did my pedicure used a dirty towel to put my feet on.That place is just terrible.
