buying process / delivery good however with one of the chairs the wheels kept falling off. delighted to advise Ken replaced both chairs even though one faulty once similar line had come into his warehouse

The company was great when I had some questions about the delivery, which was also arranged in advance.After unboxing the chair it has no apparent damage and all the adjustability functionality appears to be working great so I'm very happy with the order.

I'm not one to write reviews very often but I was so impressed yesterday when I received my delivery of two desks. I can honestly say the service and friendliness of the guys from The Office Chair Man were second to none. I put in my order in the Friday before and was given a delivery date over the phone for the following Wednesday . The communication was great and the product exactly what I wanted . I fully recommend this company
