Stunning house in a fabulous situation on Loch Fyne. Sauna house and swimming pond too! Gorgeous place with great hosts, Angela & David. Do visit!

Lovely setting and stunning grounds. Will revisit in the summer time when all the trees have foliage. Mostly forest walks. Didn't see any play areas for kids but good for nature lessons with all the natural beauty about.

Google maps suggests the house is open between 10:00 and 17:00, but this is only the estate administration office - NOT THE HOUSE. I understand from the lady at the woodland garden walk entrance booth, at the car park, that the house is occasionally open on Fridays, by appointment only. Best to book before you make the effort to travel -and confirm on the day that the booking will be honoured as the lady also said that openings may be cancelled if not enough booking are made. Altogether a very hit and miss set up. Best to consider the house closed (unless you want to hire it for a function £££).
