Vicki makes 'Yoga' accessible to every'body' at every level. She is always warm and approachable, her teaching style is fun yet deeply rooted by incredibly in-depth knowledge and understanding into the science and philosophy behind Yoga. If you wish to quieten your mind, change your life and leave feeling inspired I cannot recommend highly enough!
