It helped me a lot, having a therapist that understands me but is also very knowledgeable and has experience of different therapies because I've understood CBT better than when I did it in the NHS and I actually like it now and will definitely use it again. I also liked going deeper because on its own I feel CBT isn't enough. I also felt very comfortable in the setting, the room had such a lovely ambience.
