Bought my first pair of skates here and was able to quickly pick them up the next day. The staff are super nice and helped me find the right skate and size, and have been really helpful answering my questions by email with other product advice since then. Definitely recommend!

I had emailed hive regarding some skate plates that i was having trouble with acquiring from another store (they didn't have my order in stock and were playing games/ignoring emails) i reached out to Hive in the evening and got a response at 7am the following morning. They told me truthfully what was in stock and received my order, better yet they even brought the order along to a Roller Derby event they had a store at that i happened to be attending.Customer service and response is nothing short of excellent and I will happily use Hive again and recommend them to other skaters in my league.Thanks!!

I love my new skate bag and can’t wait to go to training next to use it. It’s much bigger than I expected, lots of room for extra bits as well as all my pads, helmet & tools. Great little backpack. Good communication and speedy delivery. Thanks guys!

I visited to buy some protective gear as it was better than shopping online & taking a guess at sizes. The shop was easy to access - I was lucky and got parking right in front!Great help from staff, not pushy in the slightest and asked questions around my preferences to make suggestions as to what would work best. Let me try multiple sizes / options on to ensure I was happy with my choices.Thank you!

Went in on Saturday and Kerrie was superb - I took up at least an hour and a half of her day bombarding her with questions about different styles of skates, trucks, bearings, wheels and pads and she was incredibly patient and helpful :) I now have a fab new set of pads, a second pair of skates and a helmet on the way and will always go back to Hive with any of my skate needs :) massively recommend!

My friends and I visited the store this afternoon. I had contacted the store earlier in the week as we wanted to try on skates (as we are complete roller derby newbies). The response time was really quick and helpful.The shop assistant was really helpful, friendly and answered all our novice questions about gum balls, skates, pads etc. She offfered alternatives if something wasn't the right fit. She was very knowledgeable and clearly a skater herself. I would definitely return here for any skating items I need and would definitely recommend! Especially of you're a novice and want to speak to someone with knowledge!

Ordering was simple and had email checking ordered correct quantity which was good touch (4 wheels rather than full set of 8) and delivery was quick. Would recommend and will use again myself.
