A week ago we got our keys to our new home. And although it’s been very stressful and difficult process John was fantastic. From the moment he showed us the property we knew he will do everything in his power to make it happen for us and he did. My parents recently purchased a house through James Dean. John Freeman has been really fantastic, he went above and beyond what estate agents do and was always available to help and give advice.He would fit us in at the 'drop of a hat' and once met us on his day off, he even helped measure the windows !!As a rule estate agents don't tend to have a great reputation, John is the exception and I felt he was always open and honest with me. He was also very supportive when things didn't go to plan. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending John he was really lovely to work with.

He was very supportive when our first buyer dropped out, however he secured a second purchaser within days and that sale was successful.
