Called the company looking for a van and secured one quickly. All finance quotes were quick to receive and competitive. All timelines were laid out in advance and hit accordingly. The staff were great to deal with from the sales advisors to the communication from the service and delivery agents. Highly recommend and would definitely use them in the future.

Great sales from Lee, not at all pushy and super helpful. Wont bother going back to VW ever again as they were the complete opposite and didn't care. Lee took the time to find out what I wanted and the spec required and found me one in no time and it was delivered just a bit longer than anticipated but was always kept up to date with everything. The admin team were great and Holly was really helpful. We will definitely use Vanaways again to supply our business vehicles.

I am thinking about getting a van for my business and I made contact with Vanaways having read their good reviews. Jake Wheelock made contact with me to work through what I wanted. Jake is a credit to Vanaways. He listened to all of my needs and came back with several really good options. Having went through them in detail with me, I decided to change the requirement slightly, and once again, Jake came back with some even better options. I highly recommend dealing with Jake. He is very knowledgeable about what he is selling, but he is not pushy at all. He let me take my time, and tried his best to guide me through the process. I highly recommend Vanaways and working with Jake in particular.

Vans have arrived!! They’re much better than the ones we had before. All have built on Sat Nav and reversing cameras. Simon was helpful from start to finish when buying new vans for our fleet, they whole process went very smoothly and were delivered on time - will defo buy again

Took a call at work today from George Keenaghan" claiming they knew someone from our office was looking on their website. This was the 3rd call and the previous two calls they were told they were wrong and we haven't ever been on their website and don't want any marketing calls. We specifically asked for our details to removed and not have any more marketing contact. 90 seconds later we got any email stating we asked them to email us. Pretty sure this is a massive breach of GDPR!"

Steven was a pleasure to deal with from the first call. Holly followed up with the lease and hand over process. I then got a follow up call from both Steven and a holly to see if the van had arrived ok and if I was happy with everything. They were both a pleasure to deal with. My next van will definitely be coming from these guys. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We emailed an enquiry on a Monday evening and a new Pre-Reg L3H2 van to meet our specification was delivered to our doorstep midday on Friday the same week. You can't get a better service than that. Extremely efficient and a welcome change from our annual dealings with main dealers. We will definitely pass our fleet purchases onto Vanaways in the future.
