The lady at the front desk- presumably the owner - was very rude and unwelcoming. All I wanted was to try a couple of jackets. He response was: “that’s a bit bit rude.. is it so that you can buy it somewhere else?”. Total lack of decorum and sense of what good customer service and relationship building is..I said: “Have a nice Christmas” and left

Took some polo shirts here to be brought in a little.Picked them up got them home placed them on top of each other and they varied massively inches difference, had big holes going through obviously wrong needle used.I went back and he said they’ve been stretched, I said it’s the wrong needle.Anyway he took them and said he’d fix it, got them back and yeah it was the person used the wrong size needle but to fix it they took off more material which made them too tight.Never got any compensationI would never go backRip offI know it’s no one professional altering clothing it’ll be his kids

Such a friendly place, owners are accommodating with lots of select labels available. Owner Omar even showcased some limited personnel items, things like that you won't get in other stores.

I've visited this store a few times for gifts for the other half and i remember each visit very vividly and one in particular stuck by. Well the first time i visited, i was in my youths and was approached by the owners Illy and his Mrs they where very helpful and provided spectacular service. A short time after i returned to purchase another gift which i was then accompanied by a young lad which i assumed was the son. Anyway Omar had this typical lad behavior, he bounced over with his walk and winked at me and asked me how i'm doing, followed by numerous personal questions which at the time i guess was normal for a lad of that age but on a more serious note this was not professional he new i had a boyfriend hence why i was in the shop the second time to purchase a gift. I made it clear to him that i wasn't interested and at the time engaged this rude attitude then followed. Anyway a few weeks later i returned to the store to purchase an anniversary gift for my husband and i was again approached by Omar, it had been a couple of years since i had last visited however he remembered me very vividly. I was hoping he had grown up and eventually found someone or even forgotten what had happened. But the flirty behavior started again, i ignored him as he continued i explained what i was after as he bounced around the store brushing past my behind with his crutch which was clearly sexual assault. He realized what he had done as i mentioned my husband, lets just say i will not be returning to this store ever again. Men and women please watch out for this guy Omar he is very rude and will go to limits to push you. Luckily i stopped my husband from going down but if it happens again i wont be responsible for my actions.
