My little girl goes here, she has gone from a shy girl who wouldn't dance infront of anyone apart from dance teachers, to dancing infront of a lot of people in her 1st dance comp last month. The dance teachers are amazing

A super fitness centre. I have just completed a 12 week transformation programme. The knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm of the owner and staff are second to none. PT sessions are exactly that, truely personalised. Over the past 12 weeks my fitness levels have increased and my relationship with food is healthier than it has been in almost 40 years. If you want something extra from a gym, I would seriously recommend you have a look here.

This gym is amazing! A female only gym where you feel so welcome & comfortable and the facilities are even better than some of the mixed gyms I've been into! 100% recommended & definitely worth the subscription price!

A great dance school with classes for all ages and abilities. Classes including freestyle, Acro,ballet, tap&gymnastics. From as young as 18months! If you have children interested in dance or gymnastics, Hi-Energy is the place to go!

I cannot recommend this dance academy enough! My daughter has been going here for quite sometime now and loves it. It has helped her confidence grow so much. All abilities catered for with many different dance classes and amazing teachers.

My daughter has been at this dance academy since she was a 'Tiny Tot'... seven years later she still absolutely loves it. The teachers are amazing and the bond the children have is wonderful. Highly recommend this academy for anyone thinking of getting their children into dance. 5 stars isn't' enough!!
