Placed an order 2 months ago, after 3 weeks the water still had not been delivered. They said they tried but its to a work premises which is open 9-5 daily. Then after chasing it up multiple times they said they would refund the order. Over a month has gone by now and the money has not been refunded and when I emailed I was told John was on leave. Not good.

The service from start to finish was great with timing and quality being 100%

11 days since paying for my order now, no correspondence at all after the we received your order" email. I don't know if the order has been processed or dispatched. No phone number anywhere to call them and no reply in 3 days to the enquiry form submitted through their website. Absolutely terrible communication from a company.Edit :Not able to reply to the companies response but yes you do have an order in my name

Order placed 29th August - still no sign of delivery. Followed up with another order and refund requested and no response. Have now submitted 3 emails and have heard nothing back!

Company doesn't reply to emails, order left outside (could have been stolen), delivery person didnt ring bell.

I placed an order almost a month ago, with no signs of it arriving, and despite reaching out to support, my concerns remain unaddressed. Initially, they assured me that my order would be delivered the following Monday, but it never arrived. After a subsequent email, they promised to get back to me but never did. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment is disappointing. I’m now uncertain how to request a refund, as there seems to be no way to get in touch. Overall, a frustrating experience with poor customer service.

I've been a customer for a few years. It's a great idea but is being let down by deteriorating service levels. The order-to-delivery time has lengthened considerably in the last year or so. Worst of all is that there is no way to contact them by phone and their actual response times for email or chat are not remotely in line with their stated response times.My most recent order was delivered on Monday 27 November. It was short one item (order quantity was two, delivered quantity was one). Mistakes happen, no big deal. But I've emailed them twice now - Monday and Thursday - and have chatted in to them today. No response whatsoever.I get that this is a small business. But that is all the more reason to maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Limiting the available channels for customer contact and then ignoring customer contacts is not a good growth strategy!

I’ve ordered on the 10th of October currently 23rd and I’ve no response from management other than an email saying we respond in 1-2 working days that was 5 working days ago so I’ve no clue if this is legit or not. But not looking good. Hopefully this gets fixed and my delivery arrives

I have ordered 10 days ago and NO CORRESPONDENCE while it said 1-2 days delivery!!! So frustrating that me and my flatmates were depending on the water to be delivered over a week ago for a month supply as we paid a huge amount of money, but instead we're now going to a supermarket every couple of days and spending more money while waiting for the delivery.I have sent a couple of emails and NO RESPONSE. NO CONTACT NUMBER was found.Please at least respond to the emails and clarify to customers the delays, issues and new expected delivery dates rather than letting us unfortunately feel ignored and scammed :(
