We contacted CRI as they were a local company. After making the initial contact with Beverly and then Julian we immediately felt at ease with the company and invited them round to give us a quote. The whole process was excellent. Julian arrived at the time arranged and went through everything with us, the type of insulation and the benefits. He measured up and gave up a very competitive quote. If we were to go ahead then the installation would take around 1/2 a day.Out of the 3 quotes we received we were most happy with CRI - not just the price but the feeling that the company cared about giving an excellent customer experience.The team Sam and Shacka (hope I’ve spelled his name correct) were brilliant. Polite, experienced and did an excellent job and left the conservatory spotless.We would like to say a huge thank you and know we picked the correct company.

Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd are the best there is. From the moment I contacted Beverly it was a very professional and simple process. My parent's conservatory is quite large and the two gentleman that did the work, Chris and Nigel were brilliant, both polite and hard working. The roof insulation was done in just over a day and the results are perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Brilliant company, my parents are very happy. This is the second conservatory roof insulation we've had from these guys and again they did not fail to dissapoint!!Beverly is lovely to speak to and her customer service is exemplary. Julian keeps you updated throughout, but the stand out for the company is Sam. Sam and his partner (so sorry I didn't catch his name) are a credit to the company. Friendly, helpful, polite and professional, tidied up everything after themselves and left the place spotless!I cannot fault any part of the process! From the enquiry phone call through to completion the process was faultless. I gave Beverley the basic size of my conservatory and sent a few photos and she came straight back to me with a quote, no salesperson calling and measuring up taking time and costing extra money! Fitting day arrived Chris and Stewart arrived on time did all the measuring and cutting on site they were very freindly, efficiant and did a splendid job you could tell they were proud of their work when you spoke to them. Everything was cleaned and any mess tidied up you would not have known they Shad been there other than a lovely new white roof. The roof looks fantastic so much nicer than looking at the old poly roof it's definately quiter when it rains it definately keeps the heat down from the blaring sun. Only time will tell if it is warmer in the winter but I am sure it will be after seeing all the insulation that went up. Thank you to all invoved, great job.

Extremely happy with the final result and with the experience dealing with Conservatory Roof Insulation and happy to recommend to anyone.They insulated our large lean-to conservatory, turning it into a much more usable space overall.I spoke with Beverly to get the quote and finalise the specifics - very fast and transparent with regards to pricing and proces. The installation team led by Chris have been very efficient ,polite and competent, and finished much earlier than we expected.Compared to other companies we have spoken to they were by far the most transparent and cost effective with no predatory sales tactics.

Just had our roof insulation done,and we are delighted with it. Service,from start to finish,was outstanding. The difference in temperature was immediately noticeable. We had to turn the radiator off,as it warmed up so quickly,in a room that has been freezing all winter. Can't recommend highly enough. Special thanks to Beverly, who was extremely helpful.
