Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park) hotel

We stayed here when attending a party, the check-in was flawless and reception was very helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast had a decent choice.There was a lovely pub next door also.You have to book a time for breakfast as it gets busy. Plenty of free parking.

Thank you for making us so welcome , to see a group of muddy , tired racers arrive at 11pm must be daunting but the staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well worth the money , staff were rushed off their feet having a full breakfast room , but they were still polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn . Just a shame the manager in the pub next door was so RUDE .

Stayed in many premier inns and always satisfied with rooms and service. Lovely location.Much choice at breakfast and plentiful. Premier Inn" always knows what I'm going to get.Oh yes! Would like to give the chatty lady that serves breakfast a 5 star for her customer service....."

The hotel itself is in desperate need of some repairs and a freshen up.Each of the rooms are quite sad, with peeling paint and very tired looking fixtures.I honestly don't expect much from a premier Inn, but it was pretty dier. The hot water didn't work in our room, but they did give us another room to shower.The staff were fantastic! Everyone we met were just wonderful. The women on the night shift was lovely and made our toddler feel very welcome.When our hot water wasn't working the staff were really quick to find us another room to shower in.

Recently stayed at the Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park) hotel while away on business. Amazing value in clean, adequately serviced rooms. The bed was, as always expected at a Premier Inn, clean, crisp bed linen and very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and very tasty. No self service area for cooked food but in my opinion made for a much more relaxed and pleasant experience. Free parking in a quiet convenient location.Where this hotel excels is with the exceptional customer service. Everyone I came in contact with were extremely polite and helpful. If the Premier Inn group needed a training hotel they should consider this one. A great example of customer service.One very small criticism and its so small its hardly not worth mentioning but there isn't a shaver plug in the bathroom to charge a electric toothbrush. I think this is a pretty standard in todays world. Note to self - take travel plug or a traditional toothbrush!Clean, presentable and extremely good value. Thank you

We stay here regularly forWork, Jasmine always looks after us and sorts any issues promptly. Older rooms but clean and comfy beds. Yet to have breakfast but always smells nice in the morning on the way out to work. Location is good for travel and parking ample

This Premier Inn excels. Public areas are spotless, staff well trained, polite and very helpful. Location well placed to explore area. Breakfast excellent. Bedroom and ensuite facilities are dated and would benefit from an upgrade, however they are clean. Ample parking.No hesitation in recommending this Inn.Premier Inn policy of guests respecting quiet in all areas makes them stand out above other hotels!

Amazing and quiet place to stay with very helpful staff on hand for any personal needs.In my experience the amazing Lee helped me acquire some sweets and candy as I’m a big child with a sweet tooth hahaha.Would recommend saying again

Excellent hotel, rooms clean and compact, everything you might need, friendly staff and welcoming.The Beagle is a great place to eat, good pub with quality food, and only a walk away.Only issue is the WiFi, very poor keeps dropping in and out so not the best if you have work to do, need to look to improve this all the rest is very good..
