Very pleased with Paul's service. After talking to several sweeps, Paul's advice about how we might use our fireplace in the future was the clearest and easiest to understand. His sweeping was clean and quick and, when he found a blockage in the chimney, (a floor board from the flat above!) he advised us how we could get it removed and followed up with a quote for installation. We know all our options regarding our fireplace now and for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend. See you for installation soon!

I would highly recommend this company. Lovely people to deal with and was surprised by my certificate which showed a smoke test and a picture of my flue. With gas prices rising I am lighting my log convector box more and feel reassured that my chimney is clean.

They were great. Originally they came to check our chimneys and were happy to talk us through everything, including all of our options for the fireplace. They were by far the most affordable and transparent with costs for our stove and fitting. As well as doing a great job fitting the stove, the repointing of the bricks and tiling they did was impeccable as well. Great communication and support, would definitely recommend.

Paul did a cctv video of inside my chimney to see what was causing my problem. He was really friendly. On time. Quite knowledgeable. But most of all he was really really willing to help come up with a plan for me to sort out my problem even though my provlem was unusual. We discussed it at length. I would recommend their services

I waited a month for a local sweeper to be told my wood stove was too modern to open up. I contacted Sweep Smart and these guys checked before coming out and whilst onsite were diligent, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend. Quality counts.
