DBC-Locksmith

Darren was a life saver today, I couldn't recommend him enough. This is the second time I have used his service and I could not fault anything. Called at short notice and he was there within the hour, and was very quick getting into my car. Many thanks again, and here's hoping I don't make it a hat trick!!

Darren came to the rescue when my 18 month old was locked in the car with the car keys and house keys. We have a 2018 Skoda Superb and Darren was able to get into the car without any damage. I had no idea this was possible and seriously impressed. He came out straight away and was lovely to myself who was very stressed.

Waited a day and a half for assistance but techician couldnt even commit to approx. time in the end so used someone more professional.

I thought the service was excellent and great value.He cut two keys for my mercades van. I phoned in the morning and he was here in the afternoon, probably a total of two hours driving.The price was very reasonable, especially after finding out how much mercedes would charge me.I have seen a review questioning the price, its way cheaper than going through a dealer.5 star service

Excellent service , had a locked motorbike pannier and no key. Managed to not only open it but with a lot of perseverance managed to create a working key from decoding the lock. Highly recommended, great service.

Can't praise DBC enough. I bought a motorbike which was delivered from over 500 miles away which had panniers and a top box fitted. I had keys and spares for everything except the top box which only had one key. I contacted the bike manufacturers as well as the makers of the top box but neither helped leaving me with the problem that should I lose the key £300 worth of equipment would be useless. DBC were contacted and he took several days to work out exactly what key it was (security type) then cut me a spare (2 ) which work brilliantly. Simple fact, if you have a key / lock problem then DBC must be on your short dial.

Car locked it self whilst out scraping it phoned at 05.30 and Darren was here promptly even though the road conditions where shocking twenty seconds later car open brilliant service highly recommended

I thought this was a local self employed man offering a valuable service from a local person in Shelley.I called and he said he would be attending my property to help with a key/lock issue.I hate paying middlemen! Which is why I searched the web and facebookI was upset when the locksmith arrived to explain that he got work from DBC locksmith - as this was a referral hub and he was self employed and didn’t work for DBC.This wasn’t made clear on the initial call. Had it been I would’ve found someone else to do the job .so I feel that I’ve paid over the odds with an unnecessary middle man fee.The locksmith that turned up was amazing and helped me in no time. So I paid £60 for a call out (middleman fee inc) and £40 for the hour despite the job taking 2 minutes plus parts and vat .

My vehicle spent 3 weeks in the local garage. And they weren't able to fix the key code provided by Suzuki. In a desperate last attempt I called Darren who came out the next day and successfully programmed the key to my car. Highly recommend anyone call him first.
