Reform Physio Telford

I’ve been suffering on and off with back pain for around 4 years. On 2 occasions it’s become so severe that I’ve been unable to carry out my normal day to day activities so have sought advice from my local GP. On both occasions I’ve been dismissed with pain killers without any diagnosis or prevention support. I attended reform clinic today and can’t thank Obed enough. Within 15 minutes of my appointment I had a diagnosis. I had 2 types of treatment during my session, followed up with observations and exercises in the gym. I have a clear plan on how to continue to improve my symptoms at home and a follow up appointment to strengthen the effected areas.
