We have just visited this store in Cascades and not only did we find the perfect dress for the wedding the service we received was outstanding. The lady went out of the way to attend us and nothing was too much trouble for her was super helpful and customer service fabulous

The store is relatively well stocked and the staff are okay but last Saturday I wanted to try something on, the woman in front of me asked for something upstairs and instead of quickly letting me in the staff member went to go off instead and she said she could be 5-10 minutes. It was only when the customer actually said to her why don’t you let this lady through did she do so!

Don't come here if you're a mum with a pushchair they presume you're a shoplifter as they obviously follow you around the store pretending to shuffle clothes while staring at you. I find this very insulting as I have never stolen and have spent alot of money here. It makes me very uncomfortable so I just walk out. It's the same as River island, H&M their staff are clearly trained to look out for certain stereotypes. Staff training needed. Better customer service. Less discrimination!

I would give zero but I can’t… had the worst first experience never again will I ever purchase anything to do with the Quiz store in Portsmouth. The staff were useless when getting my dress sorted it only took 5 trips to get it right, but even then the staff made it difficult to sort out a mistake that they made! To anyone who will buy a dress for any occasions from Quiz I’d think again, I just don’t want anyone to experience the same thing that happen to me. It was meant to be something exciting as it was for a wedding but turned out to be a nightmare.

Clean and tidy store with reasonably priced quality womens clothing. Went in with my partner, ended up spending £90 odd, but she found a couple of outfits, so it was a win-win.

Gorgeous christmas dresses great choice staff are very helpful. I ordered these 2 and was advised they were cheaper online ordered to the store. So instead of the one ordered, I bought 2!
