Vivo Clean

We had our first ever deep spring clean by Vivo today and wished we had done it sooner. George came out quickly to discuss our requirements and was happy to adjust it to our budget. Tracie carried out the deep clean and worked really hard and enthusiastically all day. Nothing was too much trouble and she was the right mix of friendly and chatty but still working as she talked. She clearly enjoys her job and takes pride in her work which shows in the end result. We cannot recommend Vivo Clean highly enough!

We hired Vivo to clean our flat prior to moving and they were terrific on multiple fronts. Firstly they were easy to correspond with and very accommodating on short notice, able to be flexible with timings and the types of service they could provide, tailoring it to exactly what we needed.On the day, they arrived promptly and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to focus on the specific areas that we’d requested.They finished on time and did a thorough job and we’re diligent with the delicate and high risk areas, especially important now during this Covid era.Some of our fixtures look brand new and I haven’t seen cleaner windows inside and out. Very glad we used them and I highly recommend their services.

I had this company carry out a one off deep clean of my home and am absolutely delighted with their service from start to finish. George came round and gave me an estimate, but also made me feel like my custom really mattered. He kept me informed of who would be attending on the day (Kellie and Kay) and also Darron, as I chose to add on the outside window clean service. I had read the reviews and, to be quite honest, I thought they were too good to be true. I am delighted to say I was completely wrong. The girls worked solidly from arrival through to the finish. I checked the areas later that I had expected them to miss but they hadn't missed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and, if they don't get too busy, I would definitely look forward to booking them again. I wish George and all the employees well deserved success in all that they do in the future and a huge thank you.

I booked Vivo Clean to carry out a one off deep clean of my flat at the end of its tenancy. I could not have been more impressed, Rachel and Stacey worked extremely hard all day and made the place look like brand new. The oven was a particularly tough task - I was glad Vivo offered this service as an extra, and extremely happy with the end result. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and communication was extremely good throughout. I would recommend Vivo Clean to anybody looking for a cleaning service..

Absolutely brilliant end of tenancy clean! George came a week before to look at the property and give a quote, he was super helpful, and a really friendly and genuinely lovely person. His staff arrived on time and did a really fabulous job today, I cannot thank Jade and Stacey enough! Again, really friendly and lovely people who were cheerful and chatty.I will definitely use Vivo Clean again before I move into my new property, and will recommend to friends and family:)

I highly recommend the team at Vivo Clean! I wanted my house deep cleaned and found their prices very reasonable, and George very responsive, efficient, and friendly. They booked me in at short notice, and the team worked very hard and did a great job! Customer satisfaction is clearly very important to George and his staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Well what can I say, I was blown away by the amazing job done by Chloe and Stacey yesterday. The attention to detail they have had to deep cleaning my flat is brilliant. I contacted Vivo Clean as we’d sadly had a family member pass away and their home was in need of a deep clean which was going to be too much for us to take on. From initial contact George was so understanding and helpful and as for the deep clean, the team did an amazing job and worked extremely hard. Very impressed by Vivo clean. George was very communicative and arranged for me to meet him & Lisa to talk through my needs. Having met them I knew this was the company for me. Lisa was brilliant, noticing all the dirt that I notice and no one else seems too!Lisa was able to start immediately and came in to deep clean before starting a regular weekly clean. I came home and instantly saw the hard work she’d put into the house. She’d cleaned places that had been ignored for years. Since then the weekly clean continues to impress me…such a joy to come home to.George responds very quickly to any queries and Lisa is a legend.
