We always go here for our carpets. Alan's the guy to go to, he always looks after us and does us a great deal. And he's hilarious! But the carpets are always fantastic quality and really reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Sandwell Carpets!

I went to the shop had a good look around, looks small from the outside untill you get in, I seen my carpet I wanted it was dusty pink, a young lad came to fit the carpet on the stairs, he did a great job, very polite and a lovley personally, also lovley manners at the shop and very helpful.

This is a deceptive shop from outside - it looks small BUT take a walk round and be amazed!! So much choice and the staff are welcoming and helpful but never breathing down your neck pressuring you to make a purchase. Carpets, vinyl flooring and beautiful wallpaper.

Went in for a quote and was seen to straight away. Lloyd was the person, very informative, gave a in depth analysis of the stuff we needed and gave a very good quote. Very happy, will go back and book them in at a later date.

Over priced, quoted £1600 for a small 2 bed house, went to another carpet shop, exactly the same carpet with underlay and everything.......... £600.

Very nice and professional friendly people. All were helpful and insightful with aiding us to buy the best style of carpet for us. Came out on the day and laid the carpet throughout the house within a couple of hours
