Fantastic Pest Control

Technician was very good and helpful but unlike other companies they have very poor flexible booking system. When I had to book my second follow up visit, I had very busy week with unforseen circumstances . I asked the receptionist whether I can cancel it or change it in case of emergency she said if I can't make it I will lose the appointment and they can't rebook it.

This company is terrible I DO NOT recommend anyone use them. I had mice in my bedroom which I noticed in the night, called up this company for an emergency appointment. They sent out the technician in an hour. The technician arrived at 4am, was finished by 4:30am. He put some poison underneath my wardrobe where the mice were and blocked the gap with some foam filler. At around 4:45-5am I could hear the mice chewing through the foam, I saw their noses poking through the holes they had made too. I called the company back at 5am to tell them this & so they could send the technician back straight away to complete the job properly.I was told I’d receive a phone call back in 15-20 minutes, which I didn’t. I then called back after an hour, now 06:00am. They told me to expect a call back by 07:30am LATEST, which I didn’t. It then got to midday, still nothing from the company. I had called again and they asked me to send a picture which I done, they then said please allow up to 48 hours for a response? It’s now been over 24 hours since they came to my house and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The mice chewed through the foam and can now run around my bedroom again.I spent over £300 (£329) for an emergency call out just for their service to be penetrated through within an hour.I’ve had to use make shift bits and pieces from around my room to try and barricade the whole they made to block them getting through.I’m still waiting to hear from the company with an update.. it’s been over 24 hours so far.This company is TERRIBLE & have no respect for customer care or service. First and last time using this company, wouldn’t ref to anyone.

Very satisfied by their pest control service done in Kensington. The sales guy was very nice and gentle. Then a technician came, explained all the job requirements in details and had all the needed specialized equipment and clothes. Very satisfied!

Fantastic Services are great, we were able to book an appointment at such short notice (literally 4 hours before) due to a rodent problem. The staff member, Yancho was very polite, professional and knowledgeable when dealing with our pest issue. He did a thorough check and provided great advice on keeping the rodents away! We found a mouse below kitchen sink one day. We made a booking for inspection using their app. It was fast and easy. An inspector came next day, first thing in the morning and identified problems after the inspection for about half an hour.. He blocked the mouse’s entry points. Very professional. So far, we have not seen another mouse. Very satisfied with the prompt service. The inspector was courteous and friendly.

Hired them for pest control due to a recent flea infestation, guy started treatment at 1:30pm when I left, was on the phone constantly before I left and was out of the house by 1:42pm caught on video doorbell, checked with other professionals, no one can do a real proper job in 10 minutes and I believe them, Absolutely shocking service. Wish never hired them and went with someone else, put in a complaint, hoping for a full refund so I can hire someone proper to do the job. BEWARE
