From beginning to end, the service provided by Tam at Homeserve was outstanding. When my boiler was deemed beyond economical repair I was put in touch with Tam at Homeserve by a previous customer. Due to me having no heating ( I have a young son at home), Tam made sure that my job was given top priority. Within a day, I was given a price more favourable than others I had been given and within 3 days, the job was complete.I feel that I need to mention that I am still mostly based at home, and whilst my boiler was being replaced I barely knew Tam was there. Additionally, Tam arranged for all old parts, and packaging to be collected upon job completion. Once installed, all controls were fully explained, and I was confident that I would know how to operate the new system. I was however advised that should I forget, or have any issues I could give Tam a phone at any time for support.I was involved in all decisions and at no time felt pressured to invest in a specific boiler/system or indeed to use Homeserve.I cannot recommend this company enough, and would urge anyone needing this type of work carried out to use Homeserve.

Amazing and trustworthy will get to the bottom of any problem - highly recommend !!Three years we have spent without being able to have a bath because our local plumber told us the pipes were too small! One visit from Tam and he sorted the problem! I’m so glad I tried someone new. Great guy, excellent service and I couldn’t believe the price for the amount of time and effort he took fixing our heating. Can’t recommend him enough.

Highly recommend Tam from Homeserve he was recommend to me by the company who do my boiler service as my boiler had a leak and they do not specialise in the boiler I have, Tam came out the same day and discovered 2 leaks, he managed to rearrange work to get mine done as my boiler is upstairs. Correspondence excellent arrived on time and sorted the boiler for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with our hot water supply from our LPG combi boiler. Was told by another plumber that the issue was with the pipework. Tam managed to identify the issue with the heat exchange plate being clogged, and replaced it with no hassle.I have no hesitation in recommending Homeserve Heating Solutions. Meantime we are enjoying consistent hot water again!!!
