Hallam handled the sale of my father's building plot superbly. He was knowledgeable, easy to get hold of, responsive, helpful and reassuring. He handled all the inevitable complications efficiently. My father and I were both very impressed and we would certainly use Merryweather Williams again for other matters and recommend them. Good value too.

They dealt with the conveyancing for me on a house and I purposely chose a local solicitor over a national solicitor and I'm glad I did. It was a complicated purchase and their knowledge and detail were excellent. So to their communication, no switchboards and waiting times, you could always speak to someone when you wanted to. All in all, it was dealt with very quickly and professionally so would happily recommend.
