I was extremely nervous about getting laser treatment on my neck, but Ross was amazing. He talked me through the process, before and during, which really reassured me. It was less painful than I expected, and done very quick and professionally. I will definitely use Rethink my Ink" again

I’ve previously had a laser session at a different place that left me with scarring and came to Ross to help me get rid of the rest of the ink without making the scarring any worse. He has been so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and the tattoo is now fading nicely without any further damage to the skin, couldn’t him recommend enough!

So professional and reassuring! I never leave with any questions unanswered and I’m always given the best advice with aftercare. The process is quick ( for my 3 small tattoos) and made extremely comfortable. I had my first session with Ross today, he was extremely professional from the first phone call through to the treatment itself. He explained the treatment thoroughly beforehand, constantly made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout and ensured I was happy with the after care required.The treatment was over quickly and was much less painful than i'd expected, this was due to using the numbing cream as advised by Ross.I have booked my next appointment for 4 weeks time and look forward to seeing the progressive results.Thanks again Ross.

Would highly recommend Rethink My Ink to anyone. Very professional but also makes you feel very comfortable which helps a lot when you’re feeling anxious about the process. Everything is explained in depth and so you understand the process and the aftercare. The prices are very fair and considerate of people’s circumstances. The pain was not as bad as it was suggested it would be by others and I believe this is because Ross works differently to other laser removal businesses and cares about the long term effects of using a laser too high too fast for what a clients skin can handle. I am having almost a full sleeve removed and wanted little to no scarring, which I believe I won’t have any with this process. I am already very happy with it after just one session and I am excited for the next. Thank you.
