Teaching Personnel Manchester

I joined Teaching Personnel in September 2017, after joining various agencies I can say that Teaching Personnel has been the only one to pull through! There hasn’t been a week during term time since I joined where I haven’t been offered work. Work has been consistent and local, I have been offered both day to day supply work and more long term placements. Every member of staff that has dealt with me has been lovely and supportive. My agent Daniel is always happy to help, he gives me regular feedback and always responds quickly to emails and calls. The flexibility to choose which days I work has been amazing and has really helped me to spend precious time with my daughter. I have worked in a wide variety of schools to date which has helped massively with my confidence and professional development. I could not reccommend Teaching Personnel enough!

Me and my partner have both worked with Teaching Personnel after working with other agencies prior and were completely blown away by their service. Kieran in particular who has handled our placements is phenomenal, really listens to our request and needs. He ensures teaching staff are always treated fairly and well looked after, honestly can't express how fantastic Teaching Personnel are as a recruitment agency as well as the excellent staff. I have received an excellent service from Rory Walsh and I would recommend getting into contact with him if you're looking for a role in Education. Rory has provided a very efficient, friendly and professional service. He has provided me with various supply work; I have received a number of bookings in advance at some good schools, within the areas I have specified.

So disappointed from teaching personnel agency Manchester as its a large network and very popular but fraudulent activities … call me for interview and email me qualified and send link for DBS and charge high fee . After taking fee still not received my DBS or any job . And i email the agency hundreds time from last 7 month now lame excuses. Please be aware no one apply DBS from this agency waste of money and time . See you golden dreams after no response

I am overly dissapoited by this recruitment company..I am a graduate with a Master's Degree I was asked to work full time in a school with a very low pay. I know few friends who have no university qualifications and they were earning almost £20per day more than my salary. I do not know how they allocate salaries but the work was exactly the same. I will be looking elsewhere for jobs as I don't believe I have been paid fairly here.Also, sometimes it is best to look on school and university websites for vacancies for example exam invigilation without the agency making money off you

I started my teaching career with Teaching Personnel 2 years ago and they have been brilliant to work with, especially Zack Matthews who has been the consultant for me. Zack has always been really helpful and pleasant to work with. He has managed to find me work where it would benefit me greatly as I have been working at the same school for the past year. Zack has been very understanding and supportive in times where it mattered. If you are looking to get into teaching then I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Zack or any other staff who work for the Teaching Personnel agency as they are all lovely with great communication.

Having entered into agency teaching for the first time in my teaching career I got in contact with several agencies and my experience was that Teaching Personnel were the most professional but more importantly they were honest. Jack kept me up to date which was great communication and their reputation in schools the best. If I went back to agency teaching I would choose Teaching Personnel first with no hesitation after my experience in the past 12 months.
