All staff very friendly and helpful whilst clearly working under a lot of pressure. Could not have asked for more.

Zero confidentiality. They loudly ask your address and whether you pay and sometimes as what the meds are. Horrendous. Embarrassing. They need to respect confidentiality and not assume we all want the whole store to know our private business

Good advice and friendly service. Bit of a queue but they worked fast.

Very bad service. Took a private prescription on Tuesday morning They said they would order it and text me when it came on Weds.Got no text so decided to ring but no answer on 2 occasions.I went to the shop on Thursday at 17.15. They couldnt find the prescription. Then they said it could not be delivered as no stock.So why don't they text and say that or answer the phone so I can find out whats going on?Basically I will never go in this chemist again.
