Lily does an outstanding class of Silver Swans for us in Debenham. So lucky to have such an inspiring and patient teacher in rural Suffolk. Highly recommend to all levels of fitness. Makes the menopause more bearable. Loving the music choices too.

I have never done ballet before so was a little apprehensive about joining Silver Swans at the Guildhall in Hadleigh. I need not have worried! Lily is a great teacher and she makes everyone welcome. She is encouraging and we ladies all encourage each other too, plus we have a lot of laughs. Good exercise and a great place to meet new people too!

I love these classes and find them really beneficial, both physically and psychologically. Lily is a wonderful teacher, very patient and inspiring and her music choices are brilliant. I feel extremely lucky that she is running the classes at Coddenham community centre on a pay as you go basis.

I always enjoy the Monday morning Silver Swans class at Coddenham and would recommend you give it a try. Lily is an excellent teacher and always makes the class informative and fun. I definitely feel more supple and my posture has improved since attending classes. The music is great too and I leave the class with a spring in my step!

Great adult class for beginners and experienced alike and for all ages. It's done wonders for my old hip injury. Great for improving your balance, leg strength and posture. Highly recommended.

Lily is an engaging and fun teacher. I felt at ease from the moment I walked into my first Silver Swans class and am thoroughly enjoying every element of the session from warm up to dance routines. I can already feel my posture and balance benefitting.
