Ricci is the best hairdresser I have ever had!!! He is genius! I have a best style ever!

Ricci cut my hair too short and overcharged me. When I phoned him to complain he was really rude and slammed the phone down.

Ricci is doing my hair for 10 years now and I cannot imagine going to anyone elsefor a cut.He is professional and will adjust a hairdo to the hair type you have. I fully trust him with my hair. Also what is worth mentioning he is that person you can have an intelligent conversation with - this is doesn't happen often at hair salons.

Ricci is an amazing person. I've been here twice now and I've been very happy both times. I won't go anywhere else in Cambridge to cut my hair!

I had an appointment with my regular hairdresser who unfortunately wasn't there, so I booked an appointment with Ricci. I had done my hair that morning so it looked how I liked it to look but wanted just a bit shorter. I'm an artist and like to look a little bit edgy, not smooth and sleek. Ricci didn't actually seem to actually care what I wanted, he just told me what I needed, or what he thought I needed. I came out with the most boring mundane haircut I have ever had. The cut, I'm sure is a very good and accurate one, just very boring. The blow-dry was pretty much non existent, no product or effort went into styling my very fine straight hair. it was flat to my head with a bit of a flick around the bottom, it looked terrible. And to top it off, he was dreadful company too. After he asked me what I did, he then continued for almost the entire haircut to name drop all the famous artists he knew. He had not a scap of interest in me, or what I had to say. Arrogant pompous and though he may be accurate with his scissor work he's locked into a Vidal Sassoon time warp. Styes and techniques have moved on so much since the Sassoon era and he needs to start questioning whether or not Sassoon's dictatorial methods are right for 2018. I wont be going againHaving said this, my daughter had lovely highlights done by one of his staff.

Lovely salon in the city Center. Adrian is brilliant. Intuitively understands the needs of his clients and technical ability’s in cutting and colour are so good I’ve travelled to have my hair done by him when I’ve lived in London and Dublin. My highlights are so beautiful and natural they always get complimented. Always a warm welcome by staff with fresh coffee and sparkling water. Salon is light and airy, conveniently located a short walk from round church car park. Would never go anywhere else.

I have been going to this salon for over 20 years now. When Ricci cuts your hair you will have no problems setting it later, even if you are not very good at it, like me. The products are always good quality and your hair colour will be as you have imagined. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and the head massage is worth coming for. All in all, exceptional experience, especially in pre-COVID19 times when your cup of coffee or tea and sometimes tiramisu were ready for you.

Shocking.. Made a telephone booking, first alarm bells rang when they could fit me in at any time, Wot No Customers!. Arrived at the salon, it was empty. after being greeted and sat down in the chair, I specifically told him that I was growing my hair, and wanted it trimmed . He banged on about how good he was, and how much he knew about cutting hair. Then he started to cut inches off my hair. He said that it was to make it in the right shape. Many times throughout the hair cut I kept making the comment that I wanted it left long. By the end of the haircut I was left with a very short hair cut, absolutely not what I asked for and could have got for £10 at the local hair dresser, ( which would have done a better job ) .. He was also very rude to my partner that was sitting waiting for me . Do not use this barber under any circumstance , They dont listen to what you want. AVOID .
