Usually good food and decent enough timing, however I ordered 10 mins or more before store closing, and as the app allowed me to, I assumed it was late but fine, as has been before.We are waiting for 1 hour, and still nothing, and I get a phone call from an employee telling me there isn't anyone in store to make food, and telling me off for ordering too late. He then said that I got a call from someone already explaining this, despite not getting a call before hand, and this is the first I have heard of this.Asked for a refund, and was told it will be sorted tomorrow. Royally annoyed.

Best kebab shop, highest hygiene rating. Superb seating, no service charge for eating in. VIP serviceMy favourites: Tbone steak, lamb chops and Arman special kebab which consists of lots of lamb Donner, chicken Donner, chicken shis and mince kebab.

I felt like eating a burger, went to Arman Restaurant and decided to try one of their burgers. ( Grilled chicken fillet burger ) it was one of the best I had so far. Great taste and juicy. The marination was great. Good and clean sitting area. The staff are very friendly and are very welcoming. Defo recommend this place. Try out !!!

Horrendous customer service. Waited for 45 minutes for food for the children and I only to find a refund to my card! No call, no personal email. Appalling.

One of the best resturant and pizza in town. Taste is delicious and suitable for all food lovers. Prices are very reasonable. Owners are very polite and decent. They also have delivery system. Food quality and meat tenderness is matchless.

Waited 2 hours! Yes 2 hours for a delivery that was supposed was to take 45-50minsNo communication from them and i had to call to chase it upHave been a regular here for a few years but sadly wont bother again.Food doesnt seem Good like it used to beAnd last 2 times we ordered the wait time seems to be longer and longer

Absolutely shocking food. £12 for two portions of chips and six overcooked king prawns and refused to give a refund. Avoid this restaurant. Mcdonalds is only down the street.
