Leigh and the team looked after our catering maintenance at The Castle Green Hotel in Kendal for many years before we sold the hotel in 2018. They always did a fantastic job - professional, efficient, friendly and great value for money. Leigh even came in on a Saturday night to see us operate a function for 250 people so that he could create the best design for a new wash-up area and the finished product was great.

We have used lakes catering maintenance for god knows how many years and always had a professional service from them. The good thing about them is they have a decent amount of staff so you don't need to wait for ever for them to turn up, because at the end of the day if you have a fryer or a stove down you just can't wait until the next day or that a days takings out the window. Keep up the good work lads from stephen at Hyltons Restaurant Bowness.
