SCAM PARKING! Avoid at all costs. Parked here a few months ago, was in Asda for 10 mins to get food for lunch. I've now received £145 fine for not paying for parking. No signs or warnings in the car park. There's large signs for Asda and trolley bay so naturally thought it was a free Asda car park. It's designed to trick customers. Absolutely disgusting and Asda should do something about it. I received no correspondence other than to get a 'final notice' letter with the big fine. Won't ever be going back to this store.

Received a parking fine PCN letter today from nearly 2 weeks ago £42 increasing to £70 is not paid in 14 days (which is nearly at by the time I got the letter!) First time visiting and didn't realise it would be paid parking for a retail park. No clear signage whatsoever. Beyond frustrating and disgusting behaviour by Horizon and Asda.

I never expected to have to pay for a car park at a supermarket. I didn’t see the signs as I was not expecting a paid car park especially while spending money in the shops (Decathlon, ASDA…). I received the £70 (reduced to £42) fine 10 days after. For sure I will never go back there.

Be careful. Fraudulent parking. You don't expect paid parking within a major shopping centre. Visited a restaurant and got a £70 fine. If you make the car park payable, make a special entrance, clear signage. Well, I will never visit this area anymore. I hope my money will made the owners wealthy.

Disgusted that this is a privately owned car park which is not clearly sign posted. Now have a £70 fine but if pay sooner I only have to pay £42 for the pleasure of spending 54 minutes for a few grocery’s and my nephews birthday present. Also the letter is dated the 21st June but I have only just received the penalty on the 5th July. With the current cost of living this is something I really could have done without.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Disgusting!

Got a letter of PCN although there is no clear signage about parking cost. Almost feel like a scam as one would assume such a kind of location to be free for parking. Avoid avoid avoid

Bunch of bandits. No clear signage. I now have a £42 fine. I have never been to a retail park where you have to pay to go and spend money at the shops.

As with most of the other reviews - parked here assuming it was free (there are no obvious signs to the contrary). Got a letter two weeks later with a £70 fine (reduced to £42 if you pay within 14 days of the issue date, which was 8 days before I received the letter). Seems like pretty scummy behaviour.

I know that Asda is only one of the businesses who's customers are forced to use Horizon's car park but as it is Asda I visited, it is Asda who gets the one star, do something about this parking arrangement Asda or your business will suffer. I will NEVER visit any other shop that has Horizon parking again. I got a penalty notice today. I realised late on the night after my last visit that I forgot to pay. I looked everywhere on Horizon's website for a way to pay retrospectively but on the FAQ, under I forgot to pay

Large car park with a good layout. Easy to use contactless, card and cash payment machines at various points including inside the entrance of Princes Mead shopping centre. Whilst the cost of car parking here is inexpensive, do not think it is right to charge Asda customers who shop there, have never come across a supermarket that charges it's customers and does not refund when you make purchases!
