I really want to take a minute to thank Jenni from the Holywood branch on her amazing customer service.I had a small issue with the website and reached out via the chat service and got Jenni.She responded immediately despite the branch not yet being open, and went out of her way to address my issue.She then helped me process my order immediately via the chat, and walked me through every step.I can not thank her enough for all her help and support, she really made me feel special and appreciated.

Great 5 star experience at EZ, we were looking for a corner sofa and after finding the perfect one, at a fantastic price, Amit was able to provide great advise on size, colours and arrangement of sofa to fit into our new extension space. He made the whole experience go so smoothly and efficiently. Setting up deposit, credit check and finance options which suited our needs. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, would buy from again.

Over the past year I have purchased bedroom furniture on two occasions from EZ Living at Holywood Exchange. I have been very impressed by the care and attention shown by Samantha. She has been pleasant, has a sound knowledge of the products, is prompt in responding by phone or email and is efficient in the detail. Service is important to me before I even get to the items I wish to purchase and I honestly cannot find fault. I went in just for a look and ended up with a corner settee suite. Phil was very helpful asking what I was looking for and ended up with what I think is the perfect suite at a great price. Looked at an almost identical one in Harvey Norman where it was £500 more. Very happy with purchase and is to be delivered free in less than 2 weeks.

We went to the Holywood branch of EZ living having seen an advert for a sale . The showroom was incredibly well stocked with dining tables which we were shopping for . The staff were attentive and very helpful. When we had picked the set we wanted we dealt with a salesman called Phil who could not have been more professional. Excellent shopping experience. Highly recommend.

First class customer service from first point of entry, staff member Samantha was very polite and friendly. She help me with my inquiry about a mattress and got the Mattress specialist Julie to help me choose an item to suite my requirements. I left the store with a new Joya mattress for my spare room and I am going to return to store on Sunday with my partner to choose a mattress for our room. I appreciated the help and support from Julie very much. She gave me a lot of information on the different ranges available. I look forward to making a purchase of a king koil this weekend. I suffer from restless sleep and discomfort with my current mattress and now have a lot of knowledge on what would benefit me for future sleep and comfort. Recently visited the Belfast store. With the fantastic help of Teresa, we are now awaiting our new sofa. Great shop for furniture. Jenni was very helpful, approachable and knowledge about the products in store. No pushy sales tactics as we have found with other retailers. Purchased a lovely suite and sideboard, great price and quality with good lead times for delivery. We had previously purchased a suite for our sunroom approx 5 years ago which is still like new due to the good quality, so it was a no brainer to go here for a new one for the living room.

Samantha was super pro-active and really helpful when we visited the shop, even bringing items outside to let us see how they looked in natural light! She was aware of stock levels and helped us make a decision we were happy with.
