Pro Line Fencing

Had a gate installed while I went out for my birthday. Tom wasn't there when I returned and I had left him a cheque. He had cashed it immediately so I wasn't able to stop it when I saw the poor work.The gate wasn't hung level, it was an inch too thin, the bolt and latch wouldn't close, the panels are split, the joints have gaps and screws have been screwed on top of screws. After many attempts to call Tom, he won't answer my call.
