Zenith Student Accommodation

The building is lovely, very clean, modern with a few eccentric twists. Good gym and rooftop terrace. The security staff are lovely. I felt v satisfied that my daughter would be safe here

Zenith is the right choice of you are studying at Cardiff. Just 2 minutes away from USW and city center. Also, the study area in the first floor is great as I have many online classes at the moment.

Zenith is a great accommodation if not the best. Staff is really friendly and they will help you with anything you need. Facilities are really good and they have a basketball court!!!!! Also free yoga class on Tuesdays!!

Been living at this building for 3 years now and can't fault it. The management team are great and understanding and exceed to make your stay better. The reception is always willing to help and are in the building from 7 am - 9 pm as of the date on the review. Maintenance in the building is probably the best I have ever seen thanks to Adam and Neil who are always understanding to problems in the room and very helpful. Overall great building.

I stayed here from 2022-2023, and I loved my entire experience! Everyone was always so friendly and the reception staff were always great to interact with and ready to help no matter the time. I remember forgetting my key quite late at night and staff did not hesistate to open my door for me! Plus it's so close to the universities so it's perfect.I also had to ask for maintenance twice and it was fixed incredibly quick!While I have my own flat now, if I didn't I would not hesitate to renew my contract with zenith. Plus the TV in the rooms was definitely a plus :DAll in all, definitely recommend and and if you want to live in a building with a very friendly atmosphere and great community, choose zenith!

I lived in Zenith last year and there's pros and cons. The building is nice and there's good facilities. The rooftop was the best thing. The security at night and maintenance staff were lovely.However, most of the reception or management staff are the rudest people I've ever dealt with,they don't say hi back, they don't bother looking at u when u talk to them, they have zero communication skills. It feels like they have been chosen based on how rude they are to people.Also the lady(I think her name is Johanna) who was inspecting my room before checking out while I was packing my stuff was looking at me and my room in disgust for no reason (the room was clean), being very rude about how I should clean the room before leaving and charged me £25 for mold" in the shower which was a hair dye stain that came off when I scrubbed it."

Zenith student accommodation is a fantastic place for students to live. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any issues or questions.The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living environment. The furniture and amenities provided are of high quality, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The kitchen and common areas are clean and well-equipped, offering plenty of space to socialise and relax with fellow residents.

Really nice place!If I have 10 stars I will give it then.When I checked out from the room, I have a parcel under my name that is en route to the Zenith and the staff was really helpful wanna keep that parcel for the next couple of days so I can pick it once I am ready! So lovely!I suggest all of my friends as well to stay in this accommodation.

The facilities here have so far been the best for me, of course there are always improvements to be made but being able to enjoy the provided space of entertainment at your own home is a luxury for a student like me. Most of the senior staff left me good impressions every time I need help, also a big shoutout to my receptionist Javier who gave my roommate and I his good service.

Zenith was my home in Cardiff whilst studying abroad in the UK for 3 years. I had never been to Cardiff before I arrived but was made to feel so at home when I arrived at Zenith. I highly recommend this beautiful, modern accommodation to all those looking for a place for university. Irrespective of what year of university you are, you will be made to feel so welcome during your time there.I spent both 1st year and second year in a studio and then moved into a two bed flat at Zenith for my third year. I could not recommend this beautiful, centrally-located accommodation any more! 24 hour luxury gym/ basketball court, sky lounge, free breakfast, roof terrace, you name it. Zenith has it!Thank you to the friendly Zenith Team and especially to Sinead for making my time at Zenith so memorable, and most importantly for making my time away from home that much easier!!
