I moved into a house with a hot tub having had no experience of them at all. After a year I decided I should get it serviced and cleaned and found Smalley Hot Tub Services after a Google search. The reviews were fantastic and now I have experienced their service I wholeheartedly agree with them!!I love supporting small family businesses and this one certainly did not disappoint. I was given lots of information over the phone and booked service but was embarrassed that mine might be the most dirty hot tub they had ever seen! Chris turned up exactly when expected and was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with a great sense of humour too. He reassured me mine was far from the worst he had seen.He very thoroughly cleaned it and gave it a shock treatment and then dissed it with appropriate chemicals and explained how to use it.I am delighted with this company and understand why they get such good reviews. And I think the rates are very reasonable as well. Thank you for making it possible for me to get in my hot tub last!

I had an issue with a hot tub losing power. Got messed about by 3 local hot tub specialists" but SHTS who is 90 miles away came fixed the tub and then gave it a service for a fixed price we both were happy with. Gave me advice on what to check and look at before I booked him in case it was a simple fix but it wasn't. Nice family team and willing to help. I would give 10 stars if I could."

We recently moved to the area and our inflatable hot tub didn’t enjoy the move and started leaking air. I went on to Smalley website and completed the contact form. Later that day I got a friendly email outlining rough prices and reassuring me that whatever the problem they could sort it , a couple of days later they arrived , found out what the problem was and they fixed it . The service has been excellent , the customer experience was exceptional , and the communication was always prompt informative and courteous . We will upgrade our tub to a fixed one in the near future and we will certainly buy it from Smalleys. First class service , and I highly recommend , thank you

Chris came to our house, reviewed the tub. Figured out exactly what was wrong and put a plan in place to sort. He’s not like any of the other hot tub guys we’ve used and has made me feel I’ve finally found someone straight talking and who can sort out tub. Will 100% be using going forward. Cheers

Just want to thank Smalley Hot Tub Services for their amazing knowledge in helping us decide on purchasing our new Sunbeach Spas Pavo. We already had a 2 seater hot and wanted an updated one. Chris recommended the SB356 as it only needs a 30 amp plug, it also has good insulation and is made out of high quality materials. Plus it has loads of jets and lights. A fantastic company if you’re thinking of buying a new hot tub.

Before i write this review i wish to state that i normally don’t write reviews and before i contacted Smalley hot tubs i had never used them previously or knew either Chris or Justine personally.Our 7 year old hot tub was recently moved to allow building work. Once this was completed the tub was moved back into its original position. Unfortunately the tub did not appreciate being moved so decided to throw a tantrum. Chris arrived and diagnosed the issue to the hot tubs main PCB ( i already had come to the same conclusion being a electrical engineer myself). My confidence then grew immediately as i knew Chris was more than qualified in his field. Chris consulted us and then with our agreement ordered the necessary parts. I searched the internet and found the parts and was surprised to find, Smalley had not even marked up the cost of the replacement parts. From diagnosing the fault to ordering the parts the tub was only down for 48 hrs. I do not know any other company that reacts that quickly. On the morning chris was due to repair the tub we had a major family issue but he accommodated us and got on with the job in hand. I really can’t praise their company enough for their professionalism and care, they even communicated with us out of hours. I do not know of another company that provides the care and personal touch for their customers as Smalley hot tubs. We have now become regular customers with Smalley hot tubs in respect to servicing etc. When you find the best who treats you with care they do why on earth would one go anywhere else. He helped me fix my old second hand tub, but the pipework was beyond repair. Chris sold me a new one with heating pump combined and fitted and assisted without any hesitation. Any problems I have he's always available to help. Lovely bloke.

After paying £238 to have my lay-z-spar pump fixed it came back to me twice not working, after being told it was fixed. At one point they claimed the wires were all over the place and asked if we’d been in side the pump.They then tried to blame the couriers. After 3 weeks of being let down I decided it would be easier and less stressful to buy a new pump. I asked for a refund as the pump was not fit for purpose but only received £138 so lost a hundred pounds trusting this company to provide a service which never happened
