This is lovely pet shop on Brentwood high street is perfect place to spoil your babies. Staff are very helpful and always feel welcome. Unfortunately the grooming place is awful. I book my dog 8 weeks in advance. I haven't received a text message to remind me about appointment. On the day grooming staff wouldn't bother to call me as I live short distance from the store. The groomer called me in the afternoon to remind me about missed appointment and charged for not showing up. I took my baby to another place as communication is perfect. I still recommend the shop and very helpful staff but not the grooming.

I can’t thank Jenni enough for the fab job she done with my Lakeland terrier pup - having had trouble with anxiety/aggression whilst being groomed previously I was so grateful for Jenni’s patience and he came out happy and looking smart!

Creatures Great & Small is a small pet shop located in the middle of Brentwood town centre on High Street.They offer a wide range of pet products and food for all animals, and provides a range of pet services for dogs such as grooming.They have a great selection of toys for your pets. I purchased a few toys for a puppy I've been looking after while their owner is on holiday. I also visited previously to purchase a few products for my cats.The staff have always been polite and friendly, and the store clean and tidy.

Another update and once again my dog looks great and if dogs can smile, he came out with a big grin on his face.Updating once again to say another lovely haircut for my dog and very happy with the service :0)Updating this review to say that once again our dog has come home from the groomers looking great and smelling delightful. He goes in and comes out in such a happy mood, the staff are great, pretty much all dog owners themselves and very friendly & helpfulPrior review: I can only re-iterate, our dog goes into the shop happy, with a very waggy tail. We are repeat customers and have always been happy with the finished “haircut” … regular recommend All Creatures when asked about grooming :0)
