What a lovely place. Did a 14 mile walk yesterday. Well kept paths. Parks very busy. Probably because it was a Sunday.? Only let down on the walk was the vast amount of litter. Lots on Wigan road and the most of it in bin bags in two brooks which was a disgrace especially when one Brook was opposite the recycling centre.!!!! But we will be doing the walk again. Plenty of new information boards which were very informative.

A regular dog walking spot. Best when there are no tools jumping in the flash, some knows started to take motor and ebikes over there. Best 1st thing in the morning

Beautiful. Such an amazing place with lakes, canals, woodlands and very peaceful. Ideal for families, cyclists, dog walkers, wheelchair and pram friendly footpaths.

Lovely, peaceful nature reserve. Could do with a local cleaning group or something to sort out the rubbish though. There's not too much, just a shame to see any in such a pleasant place.
