This Apartment Complex is stunning. Excellent views of the river and the boats. Access for the Wandsworth Uber Service available. Fantastic location.

I would rate this company zero if that option exists. We purchased a flat in Riverside Quarter that was developed by Frasers. The flat is full of problems and Fraser has been very slow in fixing the problem. Most of the time they don’t even admit the problem exits. It was discovered that the buildings are lacking cladding and the estate management once decided to charge the costs of these work to residents. Absolutely ridiculous!The estate management team including the concierge was a nightmare. Always increase the service charge from year to year without doing the proper work. What they did is comparing the service charges to other development in the area and apply similar rate. However the service provided is nowhere comparable with other development in the area.Residents were treated with minimum respect by concierge especially if you are from ethnic minorities. The Concierge named Michel is the worst. He is always arrogant, rude，bad tempered and snap to the residents to the extent that it was such a bully. Treating residents with multiple standards, if the residents are not his favorite, he would act on resident’s request slowly deliberately. The whole place is now getting more and more Bureaucratic!Anybody who is considering to purchase a property in riverside quarter area should take a careful consideration as I have heard so many residents regret for their choice.
