I had an excellent service with De Brilliance when purchasing an engagement ring for my fiancé. All of the team were very kind and assisting but Faz was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in particular. He quickly helped me design my ideal ring and look through suitable stones based on my requirements and budget.The ring was crafted and ready in less than two weeks and looked absolutely beautiful. Faz was also very helpful with the aftercare and resized the ring for us free of charge as I didn't know the exact size. I'll certainly be going back for the wedding bands!

Faz and his team are brilliant! Faz is not only super friendly but honest and trustworthy (compared to many other jewellers we visited in Hatton Garden). My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Faz as his cousin recommended him. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and we went back for our wedding rings also. He gives more than fair prices and is very patient and consultativeI also wanted to change my platinum wedding band to a gold one and Faz not only did that but made another ring out of my old platinum band for only 50£ more with a nice red stone.Additionally he is always responsive about other jewellery inquiries that I make regarding earrings, necklaces etc. What impressed me the most about his services is that he is very honest about what he can get for me for cheaper than what I can see online or what is best purchased from other vendors.Moreover, I once came to him with a broken necklace from my mother that had emotional value and although there was little hope of it being fixed due to various factors (I had been rejected by other jewellers) he still checked with his team for me and sent it in. I even told him I am considering of replicating it with him which would have been quite a sum but he still insisted on sending it in first and actually managed to fix it (even if it’s just short term due to the delicateness of the item).Can’t recommend him enough!

After months of browsing in Jewellers, in the lanes in Brighton and Hatton Garden for months tirelessly before that, we just weren't getting the feel from any Jewellers, let alone see the ring she wanted.My fiance was very particular about what she wanted (Although we weren't even engaged yet.) The band had to be a certain width and the diamond had to be emerald cut. It became clear the ring was going to have be bespoke.I'd also done my research online on Blue Nile to know the raw commodity price of the diamond, size & colour. It can be very overwhelming when everyone is coming at you with Diamonds and offers.Until i stumbled across FAZ.Faz has a shop inside one of the galleries' in HATTON GARDEN, LONDON called DE BRILLIANCE JEWELLERS. He took time to listen to what i wanted without any Sales bravado. Under no obligation to buy, i took Faz upon his offer to make a Dummy ring and Computer simulation of the Design. I was impressed. This felt right. I was comfortable with the price and the service was relaxed and just what i wanted.Even after visiting De Brilliance a few times by the end of the process, Faz remained professional through to showing my fiance the design process, the GIA certificate and that the serial number on the diamond matched everytime. But mainly to make sure she was happy with it herself! It was resized a couple of times at no hassle also.Thank you Faz and team, we will be back for our Wedding Bands after the Covid 19 period.William & Grace :)
