Incredible service! Jon has got me out of trouble a couple of times getting me back on my MTB in very quick time. As I continously modify my bike, Jon's knowledge is invaluable and he always provides his honest feedback and recommendations to ensure my bike is on top form!

I've had loads of issues with my suspension fork, from new!!! The bike shop I bought it from is now shut due to Covid and TF Tuned were crazy prices. I called Jon at Trails Edge and he asked the year and model of the fork and booked me in for repair. Fast, efficient service, fair pricing and seemed to be a very professional in their dealing. My Pikes are now as good as new. Can't say enough good about the service I received.

I assembled my son's BMX and wanted to make sure it was safe and also for the gyro to be checked.I was able to bring it down straight away and it was sorted immediately.And for free!Very friendly and professional.Will definitely use again
