Outdoor Events are a creative and professional team, they take the hassle out of organising and managing events. Their décor, food and quality of service is impeccable. They managed to turn my garden into a night club for my 40th birthday in 2018!

Hiren and Shashi from Outdoor Events are absolute gems to work with. We hired their services for my Mendhi Night and it was by far the best. I used Outdoor events for a large 6m x 14m marquee for my back garden to use for multiple events prior to my wedding. From the initial consultation onwards, Hiren was absolutely fantastic – giving honest advice and happy to spend time going through our options. The marquee itself - as well as the flooring - was immaculate and really added to our events. I would definitely recommend.

Outdoor Events Team are amazing. They provided excellent catering service for my kids' birthday party and they took care of absolutely everything in which I had no worries at all on the day. I can not recommend hiren & the whole outdoor events team for all their hard work to make my chandlo & Mehndi night extra special! Hiren went the extra step and delivered exactly what I had visioned.They catered to all my needs as I requested having the marque up for long due to migrating country after my wedding so wanted festive wedding feeling to last that little longer. Not only did the boys at outdoor events put the marque up in pouring rain that day but they did it effortless without complaining, just professional got on with the job. They were so friendly & had a good laugh/chat with them whilst they put up/took down. Such a friendly group of boys which made me feel so relaxed during the run up to the big day.The team decorated the marque to suit both a Mehndi night and chandlo theme. People still mention how good the set up looked! Not forgetting the team also catered at my event, I wanted something different than the standard food & I sat with hiren to go through a menu & he was so helpful at suggesting different food choices. The food was amazing, all my friends and family enjoyed it and have since then ordered them for their events.Thank you again the team at outdoor events for making my last few weeks UK memorable with my family & friends!
