Very pleasant walk along the river. Flat even ground so suitable for everyone. Free parking unlike the forest park. There is a porta loo suitable for disabled people at the car park.

The Fisherman's walk is exactly what it says it is located just outside Portglenone, heading towards Kilrea, it's a forest walk by the River and as you go along the forest walk there are areas where fishermen can set up there Rods etc safely on a nice day it's a great place to go and relax there is also a self serve Coffee Pod just as you begin your walk or wait until you return there are wooden camping houses for staying in although they don't have great privacy at the back as there beside the footpath you walk on going to the River walk
