Excellent service all round, can’t recommend enough. I can’t fault Home & Co Property Management, communication is excellent, very knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and they treat you and your property as an individual. Having had experience with larger agencies which was a painful, I decided to move, the key thing for me was to find someone who cares about the property and the tenant, which is definitely the case with Home & Co Property Management, they make everything easy.

Home & Co Property Management was a great letting agent - we couldn't have asked for more! Anytime we had an issue or concern, Solii was super responsive and lovely - we felt listened to and everything was sorted out as soon as possible.We've both be renting for a while, and Home & Co was definitely the best experience we've had with a letting agent - we can't recommend enough!

The flat itself was lovely and suited our needs perfectly, we sadly have had to move abroad. Our time renting from Home and Co was more than pleasant and we highly recommend this company.
