Brought a Olympic Spar Paris Hot Tub from this company and my wife and kids are delighted with it. They delivered and installed the hot tub then took the time to show us how to use and maintain it. You can't get that sort of personal service on the internet.I would be recommend them to anyone. :-)

Looking for Hot tub ? Then look no further. From start to finish the whole experience was brilliant. Andy, the salesman was very helpful,no hard sales push, really informative about the Jacuzzi brand,which I believe comes highly recommended in its own right.In store we were shown around and what was available for our budget. Everything was taken care of, from the crane hire to fitting and installation. I can honestly say purchasing a hot tub from this store has been nothing but superb. The engineers during fitting were friendly and helpful, two nice guys.After a year or two contemplating purchasing a hot tub, I'm more than happy, and glad I chose to get one from here. Thank you for providing such an excellent service from the minute we walked in ...!!

From my initial enquiry with Andy through to delivery and including after sales service I really can’t fault the customer focus and care. My experience is extremely positive. It’s obviously quite an investment when purchasing a hot tub and after much time spent researching which tub and where to buy I found Andy and his team a breath of fresh air. A sound choice if you want the right hot tub and great service not only when you buy but more importantly after you have invested.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! IDecided to treat myself to a hot tub at the end of year. My sister has owned a hot tub for quite a few years and surgested I not buy one online off ebay or other online stores and to find a local surplier so I could have a contact for surplies and service after purchasing. I chose this company as when I went in it was not hard sell and manager asked what my budget was and then found me exactly what I was after from stock. I couldn't take delivery straight away as I needed to prepare area and this was not a problem and they fitted in delivery to suit me. Every time I've contacted showroom with enquiries before sale and a few times after sale Andy the manager has always phoned back if he was not available at time and answered every question I had. I am most impressed with after service as a lot of companies are not as interested after sale is done. My hot tub was not the most expensive in store but still treated very professionally and equal to bigger sales at a time that they have a lot of orders going out. 10/10 service from all staff at this company.Now in 2021 and have had a few questions for Andrew since owning this hot tub as its first time I've owned one, he still always gets back to me and is always patient. I have also had a few things that needed fixing or adjusting and he has solved every problem completely. As I said earlier it doesn't matter that I didn't buy his top of the range and most expensive hot tub and he is always very busy dealing with new customers....he makes time for his past customers, usually I've experienced that most companies loose interest after they've got the sale but not here .I would not hesitate to recommend anyone calling in if your thinking of getting a hot tub .10/10 service Thanks

Just bought a 6 seater jacuzzi hot tub, fantastic experience from walking into the shop through to delivery.I must admit I felt for the guys delivering as it was chucking it down but they just carried on regardless. Very informative explaining in detail how it worked and what we needed to do.

When I decided to look for a hot tub, I went into the new Hot tub showroom at Ryton. I found Andy very helpful and informative about his range of Jacuzzi and Olympic hot tubs. There was even an area where you could 'try before you buy' which was private and a really nice touch. On making my decision to purchase, the after sales service was second to none, ensuring that my hot tub was delivered and commissioned ready for me to use. Perfect!

Went for some chemicals for our hot tub and got distracted by the very nice.and large display models. Think i know where we will be going to get our next one!!
