Great job by Dave and his son. I had my whole roof refitted plus fascia's/soffits/cladding/guttering and 2 roof windows. Its no surprise I have the best roof on my road. Not only was Dave honest, reliable, likeable, knowledgeable and hardworking but ,just as importantly to me, his after sales service is great too. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dave arrived promptly on agreed date/time to give quote for a garage roof replacement. He said work would be completed within two weeks. Contacted me a week after site visit to confirm a date for the roof replacement . Once again arrived promptly to complete the job on the agreed date. I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. DISHONEST & UNTRUSTWORTY. Full roof done July 2019.Solicitor identified the company is in breach of contract, neglent & the guarantee is invalid. Didn't install tilt trays. Blocked gutters - heavy rain caused damage to internal walls & dripped onto electrical wiring, dislodged bricks in the attic,(presume for the roof to cave in). Also said they don't clear attics. Left the ladders against the scaffolding instead of stacking them on the scaffolding. Put my family & my lives & my property at risk.You should have records of all your jobs, Dave, so you shouldn't need to ask which job it is & you know what you did & didn't do. .. YOU took the job on & put YOUR son, Jack, in charge of the job. As the 'manager' of YOUR business .... I hold YOU responsible for ALL the breaches. YOUR ATTITUDE towards customers is, in my case, DISGRACEFULl & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.ANY communication - contact my solicitor, who have ALL the information, including images, communication & a copy of your signed, false, gurantee,ALL your contact details turned out to be bogus.... including your address! Solicitor waiting to hear from you...

Had quoted us for new slate roof over joint property and started work as agreed. Local family company and with long track record I felt confident with Dave and gave him contract.Very impressed with work skills, honesty and above all completed the jobas agreed on schedule despite a couple of bad weather days before moving to next contract which is unusual as many contractors would would start a job and take other contracts before completing the first one leading to long delays BUT not our Dave.Now I am very proud of my new slate roof. Brilliant job done by experts.Will definiteley recommend him to several of my friends and relatives.

The work was done efficiently and they took care of all the rubbish and left everything immaculate without hardly any disruption to my family. If you need any roofing work doing, then you need not look any further. Dave and his team knew straight away what the best course of action was and offered a very competetive price and started work almost immediately. He kept me updated with pictures everyday, showing the work they had done. I had a whole new roof within a week and now have the best looking roof on the street!! Needed an emergency repair job on flashing which had caused a leak into my kitchen. 1st Quality Roofing came within 4 days to do the job. Friendly, reliable and affordable. Would highly recommend them. They understood it would have caused further problems down the line and did everything they could to sort it out as quickly as possible. Can't thank them enough.

We had a new roof done about 15 years ago. However it started leaking after few years. We got this repaired few times but it was still leaking. Then we call Dave and he came straight way. He explained clearly what was the problem. He told us previous roofer did not use correct roof tiles and also kept the valley very small. He advised the roof needs to be replaced. He gave us a reasonable quote. After checking out we requested him to start the job. He started the job within a week and finished it on time. He showed us photos of what he had done. I even checked the job. He has done a gereat job. Nice finish. He is very punctual, professional and helpful. He gave us 25 years guarantee.

Dave arrived an hour after I rang. Gave a competitive quote and offered to do the work the following day as the roof repair was urgent. He arrived on time, with matching tiles and ridge tiles and did a great job. Its been a couple of months since Dave carried out the work and I've no complaints. Many thanks
