Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Penryn

Awful company. They take on a contract with an insurance company, when they clearly don't have enough cars to fulfil this contract. I had an accident that wasn't my fault and even though I have full courtesy car cover it took 4 days to get a car to me. It only took the insurance company 3 days to pay out, but we lost more in wages than I got for the car, as it was the only car in the house and we live in the middle of nowhere. Will now be looking for an insurance company that doesn't use enterprise.

Absolute lovely staff. One of the managers was especially helpful when we were in a desperate situation to get back home to London where no other place would rent us a car. Would highly recommend!!

tried to say i had dented a car when i didnt, my fault for not taking pictures when i first rented as it would have been proof. poor service

Do not hire a car from here. Got accused of causing damage to a tyre which I did not do. Either replace the tyre or pay excess of £1,500. Took it to a local tyre garage who informed me the tyre was brand new & there was no damage to it, he informed me you’re not the first to say this to us about how they had been treated by Enterprise. Disgusting service & would advise anyone not to use them

If I could make it zero stars I would.Their policies are completely over the top and the staff are full of it. I have rented so many cars from this place and every time I have had some sort of issue with the staff.I could say I have spent almost $1000 just this year. When I ask for a favour such as helping a returning customer because this card has not been activated there is absolutely no way. Can’t freeze money on a debit card like every other rental company on the planet does . I have decided to take my business elsewhere and no longer use this company, an extra 15 mins to Europcar in Truro will make your lives all the more stress free.

Well. I don’t always like to leave a negative review about a business that is local to me in Cornwall. I often like to be positive and encouraging to people who help give good service but I am afraid this is an exception now . Let me begin by saying how utterly disappointed I am at enterprise Falmouth as the customer service here and the satisfaction they treat their customers falls below an acceptable quality standards. I was blamed for damage to the van I did not do and was put forth for a £1750 excess on top of another excess same amount just for the scratching . Though it was caused by accident and a small repair they look for even more faults they can throw at the customer to get greedy for money . Down by £3500, and they don’t respond to my phone calls and emails , I can conclude they really don’t prioritize essential services in customers but choose who they can silence. Out of honesty, I am sorry to say They are the worst rental experience in all of Cornwall ! Well done Enterprise. I hope you can learn from this I won’t ever come back since you look to avenge over a minor scratch on the van.

Picked up my daughter's hire car following a collision(not her fault) Young man was very polite and accommodating,very helpful.Will definitely use them again should I ever need a hire car.First class service.

No problems at all, staff is really friendly too. Got an SUV instead of a compact car we reserved but it actually worked out better than a small car would for the local roads.
